Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated 17 October 2026

What we collect

  • Enquiries and lesson requests: your name, phone number, optional email address, your message, and how you heard about us.
  • Customer accounts (optional): your name, email, phone, a securely hashed password, your licence status and preferred lesson times, plus your booking history and any lesson notes, logbook details or payment records we add.
  • Website usage: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (city level), the device and browser used, and which links or buttons are used, such as tapping our phone number.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange and remind you about lessons, and keep records of lessons you've taken.
  • To send emails about your booking, account or password reset, and one follow-up email after your first lesson.
  • To understand how people find and use this website so we can improve it.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who handle it on our behalf.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how the site is used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

Signing in to a customer account uses a cookie to keep you logged in. That cookie is only used for that purpose.

Where it's stored

This website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, and our emails are sent through Google (Gmail). These providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to run lessons and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing [email protected] or calling 04-24-26-48-48.
